We’ve got a new look – one which adapts and evolves just as our industry direction does. After 5 years of trading, we have had some highs, some lows and some serious time to figure out who we are. Fast forward to today and as we approach our 6th Birthday, Foundation Personnel has had a complete makeover – one we’re delighted to be sharing with you.

The business was founded to offer a fresh, innovative and client-centric approach to supplying Plant Operators to the construction industry, allowing us to grow into one of the UK’s leading recruiters in this sector and to continue to serve a host of candidates and clients alike.

Due to our continued success and the success of our clients, we wanted to extend our offering to similar sectors within the industry and attempt to solve the problems they face when sourcing the very best talent out there.

How do we do this?

Simple! We take the same formula which has served us well in the Plant Sector and apply it across the Piling and Crane world – combine this with our long-standing values of honesty, integrity and partnership, and it’s truly a winning formula. For us, it’s crucial to have trust between Client and Agency so that you can engage in open and honest conversations, giving both parties the best chance possible of securing the top talent.

We’re proud to be known as one of the ‘go to’ companies for businesses looking for competent operatives, so felt it was time that our brand was updated to reflect this.

As part of this re-brand, we have redesigned our logo, updated all of our branding guidelines and created a completely new and user-friendly website to allow our candidates and clients to get in touch with us much more quickly, whilst keeping up to date with our latest news, achievements, offerings and jobs!
